What does Nexuna build?
Nexuna builds full-stack websites, Discord bots with managed hosting setup, Roblox experiences and related community systems such as the Nexuna Pennies economy.
Why are there no fixed prices for custom work?
A small landing page, a payment portal and a complex Discord economy do not cost the same. Fixed-price items appear in the live catalogue when published; custom work is scoped and priced in writing before payment.
What if the live catalogue is empty?
It means no fixed-price items are published at that moment. It does not mean the checkout is broken. Use the project-brief builder and open a Discord ticket for a custom quote.
How do I get a quote?
Go to Contact, build a brief with your goals, must-have features, timeline and existing assets, then paste it into a Discord support ticket. You can decline the written quote before payment.
How can I pay?
Published items and accepted quotes can be paid by card through Stripe where enabled. Eligible items can also be paid with Nexuna Pennies in the portal or Discord /shop. Card payments are processed and secured by Stripe.
What are Nexuna Pennies?
Nexuna Pennies (NP) are a closed-loop community reward balance used inside Nexuna's Discord/portal ecosystem. NP is not cash, crypto, electronic money or an investment and cannot be cashed out. The reference value is 1 NP ≈ €1.50.
Does the partnership discount apply everywhere?
An active partner and up to five chosen discount-slot users receive 10% off eligible new orders. Eligibility is rechecked server-side for card and NP on both the website and Discord /shop.
Is everything made by AI?
Nexuna uses AI-accelerated development. Requirements and scope are agreed in writing, and deliverables are checked against that scope before handover. Clients should still test deliverables for their specific production, legal and platform requirements.
Do you guarantee 24/7 uptime?
No honest online service can guarantee zero downtime. Hosted components are designed to run as always-on services, but Discord, Stripe, Cloudflare, hosting and network incidents can occur. The /status page checks current reachability without inventing uptime history.
How do refunds work?
Approved voluntary refunds are credited in Nexuna Pennies. Contact support as soon as possible with the order reference. The policy preserves mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Why do I log in with Discord?
Discord OAuth (identify scope) links portal orders, NP wallet purchases, tickets and partnership eligibility to the same Discord account without Nexuna storing a separate password.
Where can I verify Nexuna's numbers?
Use /stats for the human-readable ledger or /api/stats for aggregate JSON. Member counts elsewhere on the site are updated from the same source.
